TROMBONE DAY 2022

JOIN DR. DUNWOODY MIRVIL AS HE HOSTS FLORIDA MEMORIAL UNIVERSITY'S INAUGURAL TROMBONE DAY, A MUSICALLY FILLED DAY OF TROMBONE EVENTS ON SATURDAY, MAY 7, 2022.

THIS EVENT IS COMPLETELY FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC (Please be sure to register)

RAFFLE

The first 50 participants to sign up for the event will be entered into a raffle to win a D. Mirvil Mouthpiece. Only one (1) winner will be selected to win one (1) mouthpiece.

We encourage participants to bring their personal instruments/horns.

Band directors are encouraged to attend as well.

WORKSHOP SCHEDULE

11:00 – 11:45am – Registration (Band Rehearsal Hall)

12:00 - 1:15pm – Group Warmup and Clinic

1:30 - 2:45pm – FMU ‘Trombone Day Ensemble’ Rehearsal

2:45 – 3:15pm – Break

3:30 – 4:30pm – Open Masterclass

4:30 – 5:00pm – Recital by the FMU “Trombone Day Ensemble”
